Want to make a change or empower yourself to help? Become an Adult Mental Health First Aider through this training from the Progressive Center for Independent Living! This session will be hosted virtually.

· Understand common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges
· Understand common signs and symptoms of substance use challenges
· Tips on how to interact with an individual in crisis
· Tips on how to connect an individual with possible help
